The game features sustained bloody violence. Though the violence is non-realistic (featuring frenetic movement, flashes and bodies disappearing after death), human-like enemies are frequently decapitated, bisected or dismembered with melee weapons, causing exaggerated bloody effects. The game also features frequent sexualised nudity, with the majority of the main characters’ outfits being very revealing. One notable ensemble consists of a strawberry over each nipple and a banana between the legs. Additionally, there is occasional use of the word ‘fuck’.
