A TV advert for the series Black Monday will no longer be aired before 20:00 hours because it has been rated 12 years due to smoking, alcohol and/or drugs.
Following a complaint, NICAM reviewed a TV advert that promoted the series Black Monday. The advert includes depictions of the use of hard drugs. This leads to an age rating of 12 years due to smoking, alcohol and/or drugs, meaning the advert was not allowed to be shown before 20:00 hours. Following our findings, the broadcaster has indicated that it will no longer show the TV advert before 20:00 hours.
